Step 1: Write Out Your Weekly Menu
This means not only do you need to know what you are going to make for breakfast, lunch, and dinner this week but perhaps even decide on 2-3 snacks per day! You will be surprised by how much time this can save you in the grocery store or when making sure that there is food in the house.
I have a list that I have made up of weekly recipes that I rotate through so when it comes time to planning meals, I just go onto my list and pick out 7 recipes. If they don’t all fit into one week then I simply do two weeks at once instead or choose some other recipes from Pinterest or elsewhere online.
Step 2: Make A Grocery List
Now that you have your menu figured out, it is time to head to the store or order groceries online. You can either do this step first and plan your menus around what needs to be purchased at the store or you can actually purchase all your groceries prior to making a menu. Either way will work just fine, it just depends on what works for you!
Step 3: Order Groceries Online Or Go To The Store
Once you know what you are going to buy from the grocery store, simply place an order through your favorite grocery app or go buy in-store. Most apps allow you to order through an app on your phone and then just stop by your neighborhood location with your phone showing that you are there to pick it up.
